The Public Access Digital Network is a Public Access television station run by the Long Beach Community Action Partnership, a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization. PADNET’s mission is to empower Long Beach residents with quality resources to create and share locally produced news, information and entertainment that foster community pride and civic engagement.
LBCAP is seeking proposals from qualified bidders to provide website hosting, maintenance, and continued development for PADNET. Click here to review the proposal.
