LBCAP is seeking proposals from qualified bidders to provide information technology support services to the Agency, and to its Public Access Digital Network (PADNET) under a separate contract.
The two contracts will be funded separately with a combination of private and public funds, including government contract funds. LBCAP will have both RFPs open until 5:00pm on Friday, May 31, 2019. Prospective bidders may respond to one or both RFPs. The respective contracts may be awarded to different bidders, at the Agency's discretion. The decision will be made by June 7 as to which bidder(s) will satisfy the needs as described in each RFP. The desired initial term of any contract executed is July 1, 2019 – June 30, 2020, thereafter continuing on an annual renewal basis. Please note: The PADNET support contract is for a single, flat-fee, 12-month contract price.
